LMAA uses Kung Fu to train both physical and mental strength. We offer both kickboxing and kung fu classes for all ages and levels, and we also provide competitive tournament opportunities for those looking to take their martial arts training to the next level. Our classes are a great way to get in shape and have fun while learning practical self-defense techniques.
